The Leupold Full Lifetime Guarantee If any Leupold Golden Ring Product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace it. FREE. Even if you are not the original owner. No warranty card is required. No time limit applies. Wind River Limited Lifetime Warranty Wind River products are warranted for as long as you own them. We warrant them to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use conditions. If at any time a Wind River product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship, Leupold will, at our discretion, repair or replace it free of charge, when requested by the original owner. The warranty is void if damage results from unauthorized repair, alteration, or misuse. It is given solely to the original owner and is not transferable. To activate the warranty, enclose the completed warranty card with the product you wish to have serviced. This is considered a Limited Lifetime Warranty, and should not be confused with the Leupold Full Lifetime Guarantee, which covers Golden Ring products. |

Binoculars For further information, please refer to the warranty enclosed with products or call the Warranty department @ 1-631-963-5000. Warranty Procedure Call or write for authorization. Before returning any product for a warranty claim a Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained. No merchandise will be accepted without an RA and failure to obtain an RA will prevent or delay processing of the warranty claim. To receive an RA call 631-963-5000, or write to Carson Warranty Service, 35 Gilpin Ave, Hauppauge, NY 11788 with a description of the problem. Include your name, address and telephone number. Provide proof of purchase. A receipt or other dated proof of purchase must be included with merchandise being returned for a warranty claim to be processed. Please send a check or money order for $12.00 to cover shipping and handling. Package the return carefully. Shipments will not be reimbursed for damages due to insufficient packaging, even if the merchandise is insured. Print the RA number prominently on the top of the package. Prepay Shipping. Insure the package. Send to: Carson Warranty Service, 35 Gilpin Ave, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Merchandise must be sent prepaid. Carson will not accept merchandise C.O.D.

scopes, Fullfield Binoculars, and all rings and bases carry
the Burris-exclusive Forever Warranty. If any of these products
is ever found to have defects in materials or workmanship, Burris
will, at our option, repair or replace it at no charge, even
if you are not the original owner. All other products are warranted
for 1 year. All Burris products to be repaired under warranty
must be returned to Burris, 331 East 8th Street, Greeley, Colorado,
80631.
Shipping charges to Burris should be prepaid by the owner. Insure the shipment. Burris can't be responsible for your product until we receive it. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, contained herein except for such that may arise under certain state laws. In that event, said implied warranties are limited in scope and duration to the terms of this warranty. Burris is not liable for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. come with a Limited Lifetime Transferable Warranty:
We warrant this binocular to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In the event of a malfunction or defect, we will cover the cost of labor and materials for repair. This binocular is tested in accordance with German DIN 58 390 80 and ISO 9022 and is guaranteed not to fog or leak. Zeiss will repair this product, should it fog or leak, at no cost to the consumer, as long as this product shows no sign of abuse. We reserve the right the repair or replace the defective product subject to the following terms: (1) Warranty coverage begins when the customer, promptly after purchase, registers the warranty with Carl Zeiss Optical, Inc. (2) If, after a reasonable number of attempts, we are unable to repair the product, the customer is permitted to elect a refund or replacement of the product. (3) This warranty shall become void if the product is subject to misuse or abuse, or if any repairs are attempted by anyone other than Carl Zeiss Optical, Inc.
